We collaborated with Pine Barrens Post, down in the NJ Pine Barrens, to combine their wonderful honey with our wild harvested & local grown botanicals & chilis.  This amalgam of Mother Nature is pure magic.  These happy bees pollinate all the diverse plant species that inhabit the Pine barrens - maple, clover, blueberry, laurel, sweet pepper bush, mallow, aster & goldenrod to name a few.

Antioxidant-rich, with powerful plant compounds from wild sages that grow on the California coast.  All raw honey from bees is good for you, but something incredible happens when you eat hyper-local honey made in your own backyard. It’s a natural antihistamine. Raw, local, unfiltered honey contains pollen and propolis which builds immunity to allergens in our own environment, reducing inflammation and allergy symptoms.

California Coastal Sage honey is perfect to mix in hot tea.  Consider poultry marinades as well.  Have fun with it!
