Ancient Wood speaks of the desert mountains.  A place of wisdom that survives the most extremes of what nature can offer.   Dry wood from dead standing junipers-that wonderful cedar spice-and ancient bristlecone pines sculpted by the wind, the oldest of all trees.  A true desert amalgam of old wood, brightened with fresh green ponderosa pine needle. 

NOTES: Great Basin Bristlecone Pine - some trees are over 5000 yrs old.  Dead standing alligator juniper - 1500 yrs old.  Utah juniper wood - over 500 yrs old. This is a true history of the wilderness desert & mountain peaks that reach high into the blue of the American southwest.
